Fees are as follows: 1. Registration Fee (US $500, $400 if IEEE member*) 2. Additional Paper Registration Fee (Free) 3. Group Registration Fee (3 persons, same institution) (US $900, $750 If all IEEE members or deduct $50 for each IEEE member) (Using Wire transfer)
Visa Information:
The best way in dealing with the visa issue is to contact the Egyptian embassy at your country and follow the instructions for visa to enter Egypt. For some countries, the process might take some time, so please allow some time for applying for visa (if required) and do not make it a last minute thing! Here is a partial list of countries with their visa requirements.
